Hello!

I am currently a Senior Computational Social Scientist with the Data Labs team at Pew Research Center. My work at the Pew Research Center is available here.

My research interests include the application of computational social science methods to studying the politics of race & ethnicity, representation, and political behavior in the U.S. My academic work includes research on Asian American political attitudes and behavior, the role of elite rhetoric, and civic participation and political engagement. I received a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California Riverside.

My prior experience includes working as a researcher at AAPI Data, making data Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders more accessible and fielding public opinion surveys like the National Asian American Survey. In addition, I worked as a researcher for the Center for Social Innovation at UCR, where I helped coordinate outreach efforts for the Inland Empire in preparation for Census 2020 and the production of their State of the Inland Empire report series.
